2008 Report from Membership Chairperson, Jane KasseA warm welcome to all of our new members who have joined this year. It has been a pleasure speaking to all of you, and I can’t wait to meet you in person. I’m the one who will say, “Hi, I’m Jane Kasse, and you are….”
Stacy (my daughter),Jane Berkowitz (our treasurer), and I have been working hard contacting all members on the waiting list, new members, and members who weren’t sure if they were returning.
This is your club and with your help we can make it what you want it to be. The club is an all-volunteer organization and we encourage you to get involved with the many activities we have planned. It’s a great way to meet people whether your interest be tennis, social, house and grounds, gardening, etc. Just contact a committee chairperson, team captain, or board member. If you want to help, we’ll find a place for you.
The following types of memberships are available at the Haddon Field Club. All prices include tax.
Active (single) Initiation $535.00 Dues $321.00
Family Initiation $749.00 Dues $465.45
Junior Initiation $0.00 Due $96.30
Contributing: $25.00 per person
Contributing Membership is a non-playing membership provided for members who are injured or because of circumstances beyond their control prevent them from being active for a period of time, but wish to remain on the membership list. Simply inform the treasurer (Tim) and paying the dues for that year may reactivate membership.
PLEASE let Jane Kasse know of any change in address, telephone number, name, etc. This is the only way the membership list can be kept up to date.
Sponsorship:
Members should only sponsor a candidate for membership with whom they are personally acquainted. Please do not submit more than two applications per year. Check the board or web site for up to date Membership Waiting List and please notify the membership chairperson of any additions, corrections, or omissions.
